My First Award

I received a very nice award from the lovely Zanna ......thankyou really made me smile...am going to follow Chris H and give this award to all the lovely people who read my blog, have done for so long and show genuine care and friendship...thankyou :).....

Dont you just love Porridge, well I do, really enjoyed my breakfast this morning.....



DF bought me a heart rate monitor/calories so far have burnt 1000 calories, just from walking and 30 mins on my bike....pretty happy with that, still have 60 mins left to do on bike, plus everday stuff..even tho I work on the WW points system still kewl to see exactly what I burn to what I eat each day.....going to take it to curves with me tomorrow see how much energy I use there.


Went shopping, got some great bargains.....I love cows so you can imagine when I found two cow cookie jars for $5.95 I grabbed them......bought some new socks, new joggers, and a new jumper from Target...had a skim hot choc...a few chats to people I havent seen in a while then came home......was a really nice morning......must really think about TAFE though cant put this off for any longer........
