Have made a small change, went to curves today and was told that because I am working both upper and lower body at curves that it might not be a good idea to concentrate on lower body of a Tuesday, Thurs and Sat unless I do a low impact session.....I want to give it all I have so will do lower body on the same day as upper body to keep in line with Curves...Tues, Thurs and Sat will focus on cardio...Bike, Rowing, and maybe even drag out the treadmill ( god I hate the treadmill ).
So I went to Curves, gees it felt good to be back........have also done 60 minutes on the home gym plus 30 mins on Bike..am feeling really good..nah am feeling fantastic actually........eating is good, made some homemade vegie soup and some low fat muffins so planning ahead which always makes life easier.
Winter has certainly shown face here today, bitterly cold wind blowing all day and the forecast is 1 degrees tonight, feels like that now so wouldnt be surprised if we dont hit the minus at some point in time overnight.
Girls are back to school tomorrow ...yippeeee , they both are itching to go back which is good. I am going to do some more cooking and go for a walk around the shops on my own .........just enjoy the peace and quiet and re energise both my mind and body altho theres nothing like a good day of exercise to do that for you.

Good for you chick, you sound much more positive and happy... hmmmm, kids going back to school too... lucky you! Ours go back on Monday, but only for 2-3 days at their 'old' school... lots of changes coming up!
