No Loss

Hi All

Well it looks like I am going to have to be patient in loosing these last 1 .5 kgs as this week I had no loss at all. I am not too worried about it though.. they will disappear in all good time :).

I am so excited that Shell is coming home this weekend...... even if it means that I will have to fight for the bathroom lol.

I accomplished something for myself last weekend for which I am very proud and happy with.. I went and bought a full length mirror , one of those ones from homemart...I used to hate mirrors, avoid them like the plague.. looking back I am sure I used to do my hair with my eyes half shut and I never ever wanted to see myself in a full length mirror , just no way but those days are gone forever just like those days of constantly eating junk food, being a couch potato and hating not being able to do the things I used to or wanted to and this is why I dont feel upset about these last kgs... gosh my quality of life has improved way beyond these last kgs.
