HOW DO YOU GET YOUR MIND ON THE RIGHT TRACK????
1 TALK TO YOURSELF
Maybe it sounds a little kooky , but the encouragement wont come from anywhere if it doesnt come from you first. Dont be afraid to give yourself a pep talk every morning, or if you are facing a food like temptation. You can do it, you are worth it, you are an awsome mum , person friend etc etc whatever it takes you are your own best cheerleader.
2 STAY POSITIVE
Slow weight loss is the best and healthiest way to loose. It may seem like slow going , especially since there will undoubtedly be weeks where youll stay the same or gain a little back. Just remember that the slower and steadier your loss, the more likely you are to keep it off.
3GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK
Dont let this become your life.Reward yourself when you meet your goals.If you go off track for a day or two or even a week , dont give up, you didnt gain your weight by eating too much one week so one week wont halt your progress unless you let it.
Knowing that you can be successful is step number 1 to loosing weight. It is more then just knowing it , you have to be ready. You can look in the mirror everyday and think I need to loose 30 kg, but until you have made that commitment to yourself, youll be stuck in a cycle of loss and gain.
