I have had a great day :-) It was time to measure myself again .. I do this once a mth ( except for the one time I cheated lol)and I lost 20 cms this month taking my total to 63.5 cms . I was over the moon.
Then we all went shopping , got a few bargains for the girls and came home for lunch.
I t is a glorious day here today actually the days have been like this for a while , still cold of a morning and night though but anyway after lunch we went for a walk and came across a Garage Sale so went and had a sticky . I was looking at this stepper exerciser , the ones with the handles anyway I asked the lady how much and she said oh you can have it for a $1. I was amazed a dollar but I didnt have a dollar on me lol but alls good she kept it for me so we went home got the car and went and paid and picked up my stepper.
So now I have a stepper to do some different exercises on lol , just got to look up the net and see what benefits these provide but hey for a dollar you cant go wrong. Am cooking a baked dinner tonight for a change and making my own seasoning which doesnt go in the chook I prefer to cook it on a seperate tray so its all nice and crunchy and serve it on the side.
