Here I am at week 8 and weigh in at 110.5 kg. I am feeling really positive and am enjoying my daily journey. I exercise everyday for an hr now on my bike plus I have been looking into step aerobics and fitball.I tried step aerobics yesterday and omg I was shocked, I couldnt even keep up with the warmups let alone the exercise itself lol.I started to wonder if the bike was doing me any good at all but was quickly reassured that it is and this was a totally different exercise and Id get it eventually.Today it was fitball day and I must admit I get along with this ball better then the stepper, Im kinda thinking here that the ball will be seen more then step step step lol.
I must admit that I have gained so much from the ww forums, I think all of you out there are just simply wonderful , so honest and helpful .
If anyone ever gets to read this and I have my doubts as I am totally illiterate when it comes to computers , this is my way of seeing my journey in a different light from tracking, tape measures and scales.
