Welcome Back Attitude

Hi Everyone

You guys are so wonderful, I always know I can count on you all for support so once again thankyou :).

Ok well firstly , yes I had a gain, this was expected so no real shock here, damage done was 500 grams so I guess that wasnt too bad. That is all I am going to say about the past couple of weeks , they are over and done with and as of yesterday I am happy to say that my attitude has returned, my determination is on a high and last night when I finally hit the pillow I was feeling sore, tired but on top of the world........ and isnt that just the greatest feeling :).

My exercise program for the next 4 to 6 weeks will be

Mon to Fri

6am 30 mins bike, 30 mins rowing machine

12 midday 30 mins total gym ( alternate days of upper and lower body)
15 mins rowing machine, Floor exercises ( 15 mins roughly)

4.30 pm 30 mins bike, 30 mins rowing machine

Saturday

6am 30 mins bike, 30 mins rowing machine

12 midday Floor exercises ( 15 mins roughly)

4.30 30 mins bike , 30 mins stepper

Sunday
Rest day... although we normally go on a picnic, ten pin, walks etc. After this time I will cut back on the bike or rowing machine and work on the treadmill.

I am so glad I am back into exercise full swing, even though I have only been back a day and this morning, I can notice just how great I feel.

What about the biggest looser.. doesnt David look great!!!!!!!!!! I was sure Jo would go.....

Ok well hope everyone is well, am off now to catch up with you all

Take care
Love Emxxx

I love your welcome back attitude. You are so worth it. You live with you, so you love you, like who you are and not what others want you to be. You take care and have a great week.

With all that exercise you will soon get rid of that small gain.

I think we all have times that our passion for exercise is waning and our motivation fizzles....
Glad to hear that you found your mojo stick with darl and in now time you will see great results:)
Think of the time spent at the gym is time spent on YOU!!
