Weighed in this morning and am over the moon :) I lost 1.3 kgs taking my total loss now to 40 .2 kgs woooohooooooooo and it is even TTOTM.
Sooooo I have 10 kgs to go before goal on my scales or 15 kgs to go if I use the weight I was when I went to the drs.... I guess the drs would be more accurate so I will see how I go.
Ok got a question for you all .. if you can help me ... I drink a minumum of 4 .5 litres of water everyday, some days like yesterday I drink 5/6 litres now my g/f tells me thats far too much water...sheesh I didnt know there was such a thing as too much water. Now also bear in mind that besides having a cup of green tea with every meal I do not drink anything else in the day... oh on the rare occasion I might have a pepsi max or diet solo but it is very rare. So am I drinking too much water.... I do retain fluid as a rule but its no worse from the water intake I have.

Hey hun - I do belive there is such a thing as too much water - however they say 2litres a day is a good figure. But then they say ever hour you are working out you need another litre of water so you'd need another 2.5litres a day on top of that.
I would check with a dr or something about excess water intake and what that is. I do know it has happened plenty of times and it can kill you (most commonly seen with people on Ecstacy over hydrating)

I drink between 2 and 4 L a day depending how hot the weather is. And now I'm not sure if it's possible to drink too much water....will be interesting to find out!

I couldn't drink that much water! I try to have 6 to 8 glasses a day. That is recommended by most health experts.

thought I'd add another one for you... as long as you are regularly peeing 4 litres is ok especially with exercise etc. Just remember that u get a lot of water from vegies, fruit and some food also.
