Hi All
Am feeling a tad flat today.. firsty my daughter went back to Newcastle this morning, we were all at the train station with tears in our eyes. The younger girls really get upset especially miss 8 she absolutely cries her heart out..... I decided to take them to see Chicken Little to cheer them up a bit, it worked and they liked that.
Only managed half hour on my bike this morning as I slept in....... mind you that isnt something that is the norm for me but when you have 2 dogs next door that continually bark all damn night cause their owners are away and your bedroom is at the back of the house,need I say that sleep is very much interupted. I havent done my normal 30 mins before lunch either as we were at the movies so its all up to me at least to do my hour this afternoon.......that way I will at least have 90 mins to show for Thursday.... I know I am a exercise nutter.

Sorry to hear that your daughter had to go....don't know what I'll be like when it's time for my babies to move out of home!
Oh and dogs barking at night! You poor thing! We have a little pomeranian thing that lives next door that cries when the owners go away so I know exactly how you feel!

Chicken Little was quite watchable wasn't it. I took my dear 6-year-old grand-son and he loved it.
