It is a wild and windy day here today and raining.I have been shopping and bought lots of yummy vegies to make some soup to freeze so I will have warm filling lunches for a while .
I started back with my total gym yesterday so am happy with that was able to do the 30 min beginners program quite easily so will continue that each afternoon before I begin getting dinner ready. Im also trying something new with my exercise bike too , instead of doing a hour each morning before breakfast I ve decided to do 3o mins before breakfast then 30 mins before lunch and chuck( my nic for total gym lol) 30 mins before dinner.
I miss my 11 yr old , she is at her grans house for a weeks holiday so its just miss 7 and I here atm.We have had lots of fun watching dvds and playing games and weve even managed to eat lots of vegies still each night so miss 11 will be very impressed lol. No seriously I love my vegies but miss 7 doesnt eat every vegie like miss 11 does so spinach and broccoli havent been on menu so far lol. Well thats it for now take care all and stay positive!!!!!!!
