No more Tippy Toes

You know what ...well besides thinking I am going mad... I have realised that I dont really have a lot of support here around me, close by me.... I do have a wonderful man who is suportive but am really struggling with not having him around and am bottling a lot of feelings and emotions up inside me as I dont want to be in tears everytime I talk to him on the Phone.....
I dont have that friend who will come walking with me....I have those friends that say to me Em you look great the way you are, dont know why you go on about this weight stuff....the ones who say yeah walking sounds good, Curves sounds good ....but never commit to anything .........I love them for who they are as I am sure they do me but am going to have to learn the lesson again and that is to rely on me, find that inner strength that will support me when the obstacles and hurdles appear because they will appear ... I am so sick of having a few great days then blowing the next few .......working my butt out exercising only to go and have a pigfest..........what is the good of that...........once upon a time while ever I exercised my eating was under control..now that isnt as concrete as it once was and that scares me.......

Have a few ideas.....firstly I need to learn to cope with my stress in a productive way..secondly when I start to fumble and feel like I am falling I am going to think of you all ....
LEE-ANNE......JEN.....CHRIS.....ZANNA...SUZIE.....I am going to lean on you all..think of you all at different times and draw on your strengths to help me ...hope you dont mind but this may just work.......

Anyway have TAFE again today........
