Thankyou

Hi All

Firstly a big thankyou to all my blog buddies, your support is absolutlely awsome and means a great deal to me, more then I can express on here :).

Ok well here is an update on my week gone......... went back to tafe on Wednesday and no it isnt for me , I spoke to the career person at TAFE and have decided to follow my dream next yr and go for what I really want to do and that is Welfare. This is where my passion lies, so no more excuses I am just going to go for it. I have lived my life far too long as the BIG girl , have made excuses far too long based on my weight but now I cant use those excuses well wont be able to soon and even though it is important to follow your dreams/goals, I have realsied that to get to my goal weight is by far the first goal for me, then I will tackle the rest of my life...hope this makes sense.

I have been really good as far as my eating goes this past week , exercise however hasnt been what it normally is for me, only managed to do 4 hrs this past week so am not too sure what the scales will reveal tomorrow, in having said that though I just read Tina's post about housework/yard work and yeah I am the same I never think about all that as being exercise ..so maybe the scales will be kind :).

I went and had my hair cut today, feels so much better and next Monday I am going to get a tint and some foils.... have no idea what colours as yet, will discuss that next week..... butI am feeling adventurous again lol so gosh knows what I will end up with .

So glad you are feeling better about things.

4 hrs a week is a fair amount of exercise anyway! Well done on the sensible eating.

Great to have a new hairdo. Tint and foils sound exciting!
