Change of Exercise

Hi Everyone

Hope you all had a great weekend... the girls and I did. On Saturday we went shopping bought some Christmas pressies, got some really good bargains esp for my older girls which is always a good thing. Yesterday we went to Apsley Falls at Walcha, we had a picnic then we went for a walk around the falls, so peaceful and beautiful, Al actually said to me to slow down as she couldnt keep up lol ... now that is a good thing to hear.


Did my measurements on Sat .... my total loss now is 148.5 cms and I ve lost the most off my hips woo hooooo am excited about that as my hips have always been so much bigger then the rest of me . I really think those exercises I ve been doing from the hip and thigh diet are working or it could be just a combination of everything.
Today however I have changed my exercise program... now I will be doing 30 mins on my bike,treadmill,air walker(yay a friend was able to fix that for me) and stepper taking that to a daily total of 2 hrs. Then I will do my arm weights every second day for 20 mins, the days I dont do my arm weights I will do a variety of exercises for 20 mins and finally I have converted my total gym into a rowing machine so will try and I do mean try to do 15 mins a day on that. This morning I found it difficult but I guess like all new things will take time as I can clearly remember how hard I found the stepper and treadmill to begin with. I will see how this goes for a few weeks plus I want to go for a few walks with the girls:-).

Woohoo girl. 148.5 cms gone. Awesome. Your exercise programme is almost identical to one my girlfriend and I created a few years ago. We picked up exercise equipment through the paper and garage sales and was doing between 2 - 2.5 hrs a night. I agree with you about the rowing machine too. I only did 10 mins at a time and that was enough for me. Its great for your shoulders and arms though.

OMG! Look at those total cms lost! That is fantastic. Your exercise program sounds great. Sounds like a real gym at your place!
